Introduction

Millat Equipment Limited (MEL) is a part of Millat Group, comprising of four other companies, Millat Tractors Limited (MTL), Bolan Castings Limited (BCL), Millat Industrial Products (MIPL) and TIPEG Intertrade (DMCC). Millat Equipment Limited is one of the leading manufacturing organizations in Pakistan producing high-quality transmission gears. The company acquired Gear manufacturing setup from M/s ACGO LIMITED – UK (owners of the Massey Ferguson brand of tractors).M/s ACGO Limited provides all the technical support regarding products design, developments, specifications, and standards to produce world-class quality components. Milllat Equipment Limited is equipped with complete in-house gear manufacturing facility supported by state of the art inspection and testing equipment to assure quality as per standards. Our modern manufacturing facility is located at 10 KM, Raiwind Road, Lahore, Pakistan.

GEARS MANUFACTURING

Millat Equipment Limited is the only manufacturing unit in Pakistan that has a wide range of Gear Manufacturing machines comprising of CNC and conventional Hobbing & shaping, broaching, shaving, tooth rounding and chamfering machines.

HEAT TREATMENT

Heat Treatment is another operation in MEL which include continuous and batch type gas carburizing, gas nitriding and induction hardening facilities. Heat treatment equipment also includes Tempering furnaces, Rotary Hearth furnaces with Endothermic gas generator to provide & maintain controlled atmosphere inside furnaces.

IN-HOUSE ASSEMBLY

Semi-automated assembly lines for the assembly of Hydraulic Pump and Engine Balncer Unit. Skilled manpower specially trained for the assembly operations. PLC controlled test rigs for testing of the final product. Endurance Test Rigs to ensure product reliability.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

MEL Quality Assurance department has state of the art inspection capability . Our Plant is certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Our quality policy is “Manufacture & deliver quality product to meet or exceed customer expectations on time and all times, through continual improve- ment of our processes, equipment and manpower skills.”

GAUGE MANUFACTURING

MEL has added Gauge Manufacturing Facility in its state of the art manufacturing plant. We are currently producing Gauges & Fixtures for a number of reputable machining Vendors and OEMs in Pakistan. Also, we are offering gauge designing & calibration services commercially.
